Today, I’m a running coach with the Everyday Ultra Racing Team, led by CEO Joe Corcione, a personal trainer, and the founder of Own Your Endurance.

Was it a big transition? Absolutely.

But I didn’t start over. I brought decades of leadership, discipline, relationship-building, and problem-solving with me. I simply found a new way to use those skills—helping athletes become stronger, healthier, and more confident in what they can accomplish.

At 59, I’m doing work that combines my professional experience with my passion for running, strength, nutrition, and helping others grow.

Your first career can be meaningful without being your final chapter.

It’s never too late to change direction, pursue work that energizes you, or become a beginner again.

Sometimes the next great chapter begins when you’re brave enough to turn the page.
